Katie is a professional-dancer-turned fitness instructor. With over 5 years of experience teaching both group and private clients, Katie found her purpose in integrating movement as an individual and as a collective. Her method is highly inspired by her dance background— and you can guarantee breath to beat in every one of Katie's classes.

Wonder— to me it embodies a mix of beauty, surprise, admiration, excitement and hope.
