About
Lihi's approach to teaching is holistic and adaptable. She doesn't confine herself to a single style, offering a range of practices from active flows to restorative sessions. Her goal is to create a safe space for students to explore their emotional bodies and reframe their perceptions of strength, vulnerability, and humanity.
Cultivating Inner Awareness
In her classes, Lihi guides students toward cultivating inner awareness while building stability and ease in both body and mind. She incorporates somatic practices, breathwork, and movement to help students navigate their emotional landscapes. She focuses on creating a community where individuals feel safe exploring their emotional bodies through the embodied practice of breath and movement.
Connection to Nature
Born and raised in Santa Cruz, California, Lihi draws inspiration from nature. She incorporates her appreciation for the outdoors into her teachings, fostering a deeper connection between her students and the natural world.
A Musical Love Language
Music plays a crucial role in Lihi's teaching methodology. She considers creating playlists a form of meditation and uses them to enhance her classes. By combining intention with carefully curated soundscapes, Lihi creates an immersive environment that allows students to tap into the wisdom of sound, movement, and breath.

What does it mean to you to be present?
Presence is the practice by which I cultivate a sense of orientation and integration in my being, in my relationships, and with others and the world. It’s sitting with the moment. A practice of BEing instead of DOing.
