Louis Levin
"What else // I wanted a cast on my leg or anywhere // I wanted braces and glasses // and my tonsils out // I wanted scars // I don’t know when // or whether I figured out the difference // between wanting to be damaged // and wanting to be healed.” - 13th Balloon
Louis is a London-transplant who moved to LA for the spiritual and movement communities (and for the sun!). You cannot change what you do not understand, and helping folks gain deeper knowledge of their bodies, heads, and hearts is what he enjoys most in life. The other hats Louis wears include: avid rollerblader, climate change consultant, terrible singer, and loyal friend.
What does it mean to you to be present?
Ease. When I'm at the end of workout or watching a sunset, life always feels so absurdly and beautifully simple.
What do you consider a timeless album?
Lungs - Florence + The Machine
What’s your favorite feeling?
The joy of finding something you'd thought you lost
